ValoyItech provides:

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
3Payments
- Payments must be made as agreed before or after service delivery
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled

- Ensure content provided does not violate any laws
5Intellectual Property
All work remains the property of ValoyItech until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.

ValoyItech shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

We reserve the right to terminate services if terms are violated or payments are not made.
